“God Is Looking For True Warriors”

Psalms 144:1-2

Warriors is defined as a person engaged or experienced in warfare; soldier; a person who shows or has shown great vigor and courage; a fighter. 

The battle is real and so shall the warriors be. The devil whispered in our ear, “you’re not strong enough to withstand the storm” and today we whisper in his ear and tell him, “we are children of God, children of faith, we are mighty true warriors of Christ, we are the storm!!! Jeremiah 20:11 says,”But the Lord is with me as a dread warrior; therefore my persecutors will stumble; they will not overcome me. They will be greatly shamed, for they will not succeed. Their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten.” We must use the word of God has our sword. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

I come by this morning to encourage you to keep on your whole armor of God and do not allow the devil and his umps to distract or move you from the will of God. In this season we must be steadfast and unmovable true warriors of Christ. Hell is real and so is the devil and his umps. Mount up warriors and be about God’s business.
