“You Are Going Reap Everything You Put Out”

Galatians 6:7-10

Reap is defined as to get as a return, recompense, or result; collect; harvest; receive.

Each choice that we make brings with it a consequence. If we make wise, God honoring choices then we will experience positive consequences. If we make sinful, disobedient choices then we will experience negative consequences. We will reap whatever we sow. Sowing and Reaping has both positive and negative connotations. If you sow good things, you will reap good things. If you sow honesty, you will reap trust. If you sow goodness, you will reap friends. If you sow humility, you will reap greatness. If you sow perseverance, you will reap victory. If you sow consideration, you will reap harmony. If you sow hard work, you will reap success. If you sow forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation. If you sow openness, you will reap intimacy. If you sow patience, you will reap improvements. If you sow faith, you will reap miracles. If you sow dishonesty, you will reap distrust. If you sow selfishness, you will reap loneliness. We must be careful with our spiritual seed just as the farmer is with his physical seed, we will reap the abundance of life that Jesus brought. We must sow the same kind of seed that Jesus sowed or we won’t reap an abundant harvest. We will face only trouble and despair in our family, friends and relationships.

I come by this morning to let you know to be careful what kind of seed you sow because the word of God promises that you will reap what you sow. Good seeds bring good harvest. Be bless and I love you!!! JE
