“Positive Thoughts Equals Positive Results”

Matthew 5:10-11

Positive is defined as precise; clear; indisputable; confident; specific; definite; certain. 

As a man thinks in his heart so is he. Your thoughts   are the roadway to your destiny. In Proverbs 23:7 it says that our thoughts have the creative ability to determine what we become. Negative minds produce negative lives. On the other hand, we can choose to build positive lives by changing the way we think. Positive thought equals positive results. We live in a world where the line between right and wrong is continually blurred. The word of God never backtracks on what is right. Meditating on God’s word on a regular basis equips us as believers to live righteously. The power of God is most evident in us who stand for what is right even in adversity. Saul and Jonathan were as different as night from day; yet both were admired in their day. Jesus is far greater than these men and worthy of all our admiration. We can center our thoughts to feast on the goodness of Christ. The power of God opens up our minds to His great sacrifice and love that leads us into eternal life. Identify the obstacles and start practicing being positive in all kinds of situations. If you're going through a difficult time in life, start believing that God will work things out for your good. Even positive thinkers deal with disappointing situations. The difference is that they have learned to let things roll off their back and enjoy life no matter what happens. 

I come by this afternoon to let you know there is power in positive thoughts for the believer that is rooted in what they believe about God and His word. We are called to think about what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable, and not just think about them but dwell on them. Be bless and I love you!!! JE
