“What Was Meant To Break You God Used It To Make You”

Genesis 50:20

Break is defined as to smash, split, or divide into parts violently; reduce to pieces or fragments.

Make is defined as to bring into existence by shaping or changing material, combining parts; create; build.

Regardless of the obstacles the enemy brings into your life, you can be confident that God is able to use the very thing the enemy used to break and destroy you to build you up and elevate you from where you are to where you need to be in accordance with your destiny. God will use what the enemy used to decrease you to increase you. Be patient and trust in God and in his timing. God always works all things together for our good. Joseph tied himself to the pillar of this promise and held on for dear life. Bloodstains, tearstains are everywhere. Joseph’s heart was rubbed raw against the rocks of disloyalty and miscarried justice. Yet time and time again God redeemed the pain. The torn robe became a royal one. The pit became a palace. The broken family grew old together. The very acts intended to destroy God’s servant turned out to strengthen him. Joseph told his brothers, “You wove evil,” he was saying, “but God rewove it together for good.” God, the Master Weaver. He stretches the yarn and intertwines the colors, the ragged twine with the velvet strings, the pains with the pleasures. Nothing escapes His reach. Every king, despot, weather pattern, and molecule are at His command. He passes the shuttle back and forth across the generations, and as He does, a design emerges. Satan weaves; God reweaves.

I come by this evening to let you know one of the most potentially frightening aspects of being a child of God is knowing that when you put your trust in Jesus, all of Hell takes arms against you intending evil upon your life. And, yet what trumps that fear and evil is knowing that, no matter what comes, God is the Master Weaver. He takes was was intended for evil and reweaves it for good. Amen!!! Be bless and I love you!!! JE
