“Smiling On The Outside But Hurting In The Inside”

Psalms 3:3-6

Hurting is defined as to cause bodily injury to; injure; damage; harm; abuse; afflict; trouble.

In God’s arms of love is the most comforting and safe place to be. A broken heart is the source of emotional sickness. It is the excess baggage we carry around that the eyes of others cannot see. Smiling on the outside, but inside we’re crying. Isaiah 53:5 says; “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Emotional sickness will keep us in prison and cause us to miss God’s best for us. Put your past on the cross. Satan likes to hold our past over our head and use it as a reminder to keep us in bondage. Jesus paid an ultimate price for us already. It’s time we let go and let God deal with all our situations.

I come by tonight to let you know we no longer have to allow our past to afflict our present. We need to go before God and stop covering those wounds that need to be healed. Be bless and I love you!!! JE
