“We Are Covered”

Hebrews 10:19-26

Covered is defined as to be or serve as a covering for; extend over; rest on the surface of; to place something over or upon, as for protection, concealment, or warmth.

I’m so glad our Father love us so much that He has covered us even when we were yet in our mother’s womb. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day. God's covering is an expression which describes the spiritual protection and nurture which God provides for all those who are in a covenant relationship with Him. We cannot see His covering but we can certainly experience the effect which it has. In Psalms 91:5-10 it says, You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes

and see the punishment of the wicked. If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. Amen!!! We are covered in the blood of Jesus. 

I come this morning to remind you to keep trusting in the Lord, He promised He would never leave or forsake us. Do not allow fear to have you doubting the promises of the Lord. His word is true!!! His word does not go void and He is a man that shall not lie. He is Almighty and He will protect and provide even in the midst of a pandemic. Amen!!! Be bless and I love you!!! JE
