“Walking In Faith Regardless Of Our Circumstances”

1 John 2:15-16

Regardless is defined as having or showing no regard; heedless; unmindful; unconcerned; despite everything.

To walk by faith is to fear God more than man; to obey the bible even when it conflicts with man’s commands; to choose righteousness over sin, no matter what the cost; to trust God in every circumstance; and to believe God rewards those who seek Him, regardless of who says otherwise. Apostle Paul reminds us that we as followers of Christ must not build our lives around things that have no eternal significance. Rather than pursuing the same things the world pursues, children of God should focus on the unseen realities such as Jesus and heaven. Apostle Paul goes on to say, "So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to please God. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he or she has done in the body, whether good or evil.” Jesus instructed us to store up treasure in heaven. He promised rewards to everyone who does His will and punishment for those who reject Him. Rather than loving the things of this world, we should spend our lives glorifying God in everything we do. This requires faith to live this way because we cannot see, hear, or touch anything spiritual. Regardless of our circumstances we must trust God in ALL things. Stop straddling the fence, either you’re going serve God or serve the devil. It’s time to choose and stop playing with God.

I come by this morning to let you know to walk by faith regardless of your circumstances requires that we tune our hearts to the voice of the Holy Spirit and the truth of His word. We must choose to live according to what God reveals to us, rather than trust our own understanding. Be bless and I love you!!! JE

  1. Good morning. The devil always come to attack us. In our minds or our spirit. We have to bind the enemy the 1st thing in the morning and put our war clothes on. It doesn't matter how anointed you are, you're still under attack. Watch and pray, be ready to fight at all times. Amen to the word on this morning.
